Husam Kutaifan Managing Partner
Husam is the Founder and Managing Partner of RidgePoint. He brings over 30 years of investment banking experience in the MENA region with key relationships in Saudi Arabia. Prior to RidgePoint, Husam was the Head of Investment Banking at Emirates Investment Bank (Dubai), Head of Corporate Finance at Rasmala Investments (Dubai), Head of M&A at Samba Capital (Riyadh), and Head of Corporate Finance of the investment banking group of the Arab Bank (Amman).
Husam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Yarmouk University in Jordan, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University, USA. He is also CFA charter holder

Fadi Bouri Partner
Fadi is the Co-Founder and Partner at RidgePoint. He brings over 18 years of investment banking experience in the MENA region with particular focus on the UAE and Saudi. Prior to RidgePoint, Fadi was the Executive Director in the Investment Banking team of Emirates Investment Bank (Dubai), VP - Corporate Finance at Rasmala Investments (Dubai), and Financial analyst at Ithmar Capital (Dubai)
Fadi has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from University of Jordan and a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University, USA, where he was a Fulbright Scholar

Stefano Pecchio Executive Director
Stefano is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of RidgePoint. He brings over 15 years of investment banking experience in the European, Asia-Pacific and MENA regions. Prior to RidgePoint, Stefano was the Director in the Investment Banking team of Emirates Investment Bank (Dubai), Senior Associate – Corporate Finance at Rasmala Investments (Dubai), and Analyst Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas (Paris and Tokyo).
Stefano has a Master of Science from ESCP Business School, France.
